QUESTIONS: all possible ways to begin a question

Practice asking questions. Write a list of questions using as many of these possible combinations as you can. They can be random questions about the world, specific questions for me, or for a friend, or for a celebrity you would like to interview. Who are your heroes, idols, favorite public figures? What would you ask them, if you could?

To complicate the issue, adverbs are sometimes added in between Wh- and the Modal or Auxiliar.
For example,
Who probably will cancel? Where usually can you find help? What recently have you done?

Ahthough, thankfully, adverbs are most commonly added right before the verb:
Who will probably cancel? Where can you usually find help? What has she recently done?

However, other parts of speech like prepositional phrases or dependent clauses can sometimes go between the Wh- and the Modal or Auxiliar.
Who among us can juggle? Where at this hour might I find a printing place? Why, if I'm finished, should I stay longer?
